Delete your data

You can ask us to delete your Sni K's account and all the data linked to it at any time. This includes your profile, game history, XP, coins, friends list and any Facebook or Google connection.

Delete it in the app (instant)

1. Open Sni K's and go to Profile → Settings.
2. Tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

Your account and data are deleted immediately and can't be recovered. Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel that in your store settings.

Or request deletion by email

1. Email support@sniks.app from the address you use to sign in, with the subject "Delete my account".
2. Include your Sni K's username so we can find your account.
3. We confirm the request and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days.

Remove the Facebook connection

If you connected Facebook to find friends, you can also remove Sni K's from Facebook yourself:

1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Go to Apps and websites.
3. Find Sniks and choose Remove.

This stops Sni K's from receiving any more information from Facebook. To also delete what we already hold, send the deletion request above.
